Life is filled with different types of relationships: relationship with people, objects, food, weather and so on. All those relationships are a reflection of the relationship we have with ourselves, and the relationship we have with ourselves, is a reflection of the relationship we had with adults around us when we were a child.
Sandra Ray, a great rebirther, says: ” every major relationship we have is a reflection of the relationship we had with one of our parents, until we clean up the first one, we will never be free to create exactly what we want in relationships.”
Childhood traumas and negative beliefs like “I’m not good enough” or “I don’t do enough” that we carry in our subconscious mind, are the targets in Training The Mind when we work on personal development or improving relationships.
Role of EFT Tapping is very important in this section, as those traumas and beliefs are so deep within us, and with EFT we go layer by layer, to release stored emotions and reach the core of any issue we have experienced till now.
There is contrast in this time space reality, health vs sickness, poverty vs prosperity, and so on, we can train our mind to learn that this contrast is necessary for our growth and whenever we find something, including any behavior, that can annoy us, we need to know that there is another new lesson to be learned and another limiting thought pattern to be released. Criticism, judgement, anger, resentment, expectation, pleasing others and controlling others are some examples that need to be released forever from subconscious mind in order to create harmonious relationships.
